Planning A Meal Project We will be creating a meal that will include an entrée, a side dish and a beverage. The meal plan should include: which food group each ingredient in the meal belongs to. At least 1 item from each of the food groups.

Sample Meal Does the sample meal we just saw meet all of the requirements? No! This example did not specify the appropriate food groups for each ingredient. Get a blank piece of paper and being your project.
