2 Soba and Udon Soba and Udon are two kinds of Japanese noodle. Soba is made from buckwheat flour(蕎麥粉) and Udon from wheat flour. They are served either in a broth or dipped in a sauce, and are available in hundreds of delicious variations. 14.莊斯閔

3 Okonomiyaki Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning "what you like" or "what you want", and yaki meaning "grilled" or "cooked" . 14.莊斯閔

4 Sushi The name of the sushi is because the sushi tastes sour , Japanese called out while eating very sour at that time! 8 The way of tea Origin: The first documented evidence of tea in Japan dates to the 9th century, when it was taken by the Buddhist monk Eichū (永忠)留學僧 南浦紹明 on his return from China. A man,榮西 cured diabetes for a general and then wrote a book《吃茶養生記》. In the book, tea was named as “the gift from the God”. What is the way of tea? 1.The way to treat the important guests. 2.The way to taste tea( Matcha ). 9 Tea in Japan-Matcha Matcha refers to finely milled or fine powder green tea. In modern times, matcha has also come to be used to flavour and dye foods such as mochi (年糕) and soba noodles, green tea ice cream…etc. It tastes so bitter that we usually drink it with sweet dessert. 20.何佩芹
