Methodology Data –RLMS and GSOEP (2006) – individual questionnaires –Sample: 400 persons in Russia and 500 persons in Germany who have second job (any regular type of additional paid employment) Method –Regression Dependent variable: possibility of having additional job Independent variables: characteristics of main job (wages, duration of working day/week, type of the job (full-time/part- time)), characteristics of second job (income, time of work) and personal features (sex, age, education, marital status, children) –Cluster analysis characteristics of main job, characteristics of second job and personal features + qualitative variables
