Global Health Concentration/Certificate  The Certificate can be completed as part of your MPH-PHP degree and does not require any additional course work or fees.  The core GHC courses also count as MPH course electives  The Elective GHC courses count as either a core MPH course or an Elective MPH course.  You must apply and be accepted into the GHC program. The application is free.  Applications are considered twice a year, Oct. 1 st and March 1 st. A Link to the application is found in the Module 5 additional resources  You do not need to resubmit transcripts or resume, letters of recommendation, or a personal statement. 5. UMass Discounted Software Program  All active students are eligible to receive free or low-cost software while they are matriculated. You will need to make this change official with the University by completing and sending in the name change form.
