5. Purpose: Identification of the method used to perform the calibration (Own method, International Standard, Manufacturers recommended procedure) Identification of the device calibrated The measurement results, CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES : ISO/IEC 17025:2005

6. Purpose: Identification and signature of persons authorizing the certificate, (If requested) a statement that the complies with specification. The environmental conditions, The uncertainty of measurement, Evidence of the traceability. CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES : ISO/IEC 17025:2005

What to look for: If the certificate does not include the SANAS logo (or a statement that the laboratory is accredited by SANAS) along with the accreditation number of the laboratory then the certificate has not been issued in terms of their accreditation.
