2 What is Nevada Health Link? Nevada Health Link is the online platform that was developed by the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange. It is powered through healthcare.gov and allows Nevada consumers to log on and shop the marketplace to find a plan tailored to suit their needs. Nevada Health Link is the only health insurance resource that can provide you with federal tax credits and subsidies to help cover the cost of your insurance. Enroll today! Open Enrollment is Nov. 1, 2015 – Jan. 31, 2016.

3 Consumer Assistance Information – How to Start. How to Get Help. Nevadans can start enrolling now by: Visiting NevadaHealthLink.com if they: Need to determine what kind of income-based coverage they qualify for by using the pre-screener tool. Need to find in-person enrollment assistance. Need other information about health insurance and the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Visiting HealthCare.gov (to enroll in income-based, qualified health insurance plans). Visiting Access Nevada (to apply for Medicaid and/or Nevada Check Up) at www.dwss.nv.gov.www.dwss.nv.gov Getting in-person enrollment by finding a local broker or agent in your area with our in person assistance tool or from a Navigator organization, or certified assister Enrolling directly through participating health insurance carriers. 3
