2. 2 National Railway System Project Status Accomplishment: –Roberto improved the WBS with Activity Tasks and Schedule. –Each member of the team creates his/her Probability/Impact Risk Matrix and sent it to Raisa. –Raisa analyzes and combines all matrixes in one and delivered it for further update. –Omar calculates the Risk Scores for each risks and prepared updated Risk Checklist for posting on the WebSite. –Mark provided team with risk templates and edited/corrected material posted on our team web page. –Suzanne started to work on the Final Presentation. –Everyone participated in analyzing and adding into the accomplished tasks. –Suzanne combines all efforts into the final products and placed it to the Team Website. -- David fininshed work on SBS on Landscape Assignment outside of the Project. Planned Activities: -- Finalize Prioritized list of quantified risks. -- Work on Final Presentation.
