3 Last Mile Update UT - MUO merger –Created unique need –New University Structure must function as one –OARnet split ring –OARnet will operate ring that services BGSU and eTech –UT will operate ring that services new UT structure -- Cutover complete

4 Backbone Update Closing of ring 4 and 5 using KDL Deal appears to be cost effective Findlay POP still on schedule; should be open by 10/31 at latest
