The plant can accept an all-in feed up to 320mm from a primary crusher to produce up to 950 tph (1047 US tph) of aggregate or mineral. Utilising the second generation improved Terex® Automax cone crusher technology, operators benefit from hydraulic overload protection, hydraulic crusher setting adjustment, excellent product shape and a high reduction ratio. Further customer benefits include a highly efficient crusher direct drive system, large feed hopper complete with metal detector and contaminated material purge facility.

Enabling crusher-setting changes to be made easily and simply on the fly and also allows the user to calibrate and monitor manganese wear: Full PLC control system 320 x 240 pixel backlit screen Complete pictorial user controls Multi-function backlit menu buttons High definition screen Full system diagnostics A navigation wheel is fitted onto the control system to operate all of the plant functions including: Engine speed Feeder (start/stop/speed) Product conveyor (start/stop) Cone (start/stop) Metal purge sequence Crusher control Plant diagnostics

Remote can also be used to: Start/stop feeder Start metal purge sequence Crusher camera -provides a remote view from above the cone so that the operator can see if the cone is choke fed without having to climb up onto the feed conveyor catwalk Product conveyor belt weigher
