2. 2 Background For the current generation, technology is an integral part of their lives and they have increasingly high expectations when it comes to accessing services both on and off campus. In welcoming this new generation UCD has adopted a “one stop shop” approach to the delivery of quality on-line services to our students.

4. 4 This presentation covers our use of the web to provide an integrated suite of services in the areas of registration, fee payment, accommodation and eLearning provision. These services are all based around Sungard’s Banner and Luminis applications.
