Working in Camera Raw5.0 (Adobe) The advantage and challenge of working in RAW is that the camera is not Automatically doing preset image corrections for you. You need to correct / adjust image settings manually. 1 – Lens Correction -Adjust sliders to correct / apply dodging or burning of the corners to counter the vignetting created by creating a square photography with a round lens. 2 – BASIC - Work on White Balance and Exposure correction and possible fill light adjustment 3 – TONE CURVE - Use the curves graph to correct the value of the histogram 4 – SHARPENING -Control the amount of Sharpening and noise control in the image 5 – HSL / GRAYSCALE AND SPLIT TONING - Adjust color, saturation and luminance for every color hue

6 – Use the adjustment Brush to adjust exposure, bright / contrast / saturation, sharpness, etc… with a brush tool 7 – Before pressing “Open Image”, be sure to adjust the image resolution so that the RAW resolution won’t be compressed. (Try 300ppi or greater!)
