Technology and Education A lesson plan that incorporated the use of technology in the classroom. Diversity in Education Research the trends of an education system. Locate the different factors diverse learners have on how they respond to this type of education system. Capstone Project Core projects transfer to job skills Applied to Training and Development Position Diversity in Education Understanding diverse groups and the way they learn will assist me in my future endeavor as a trainer. Understanding that everyone places a different value on learning is an important factor to understand when creating a learning environment. Focusing on the factors of learning and the diverse groups will ensure all learners have a positive learning experience. Technology and Education Assist with planning curriculum based instruction utilizing the most recent technology and web 2.0 tools. Motivation and Learning: This project would allow me to assess reasons why learners or individuals may lack the necessary motivation to successfully complete a task, while examining my learning environment.
