Implementation of new Instructional Expectations Scheduling for maximum impact Service times (ESL, EC, Speech, etc.) Monitoring for fidelity may need to be included in action steps

10 Leadership Role of the Principal
Ensures alignment to district and SBE goals Co-facilitate meetings with the SIT chair Take a lead role in writing and finalizing the written plan Lighten the load and limit extra meetings whenever possible Utilize available faculty meeting and early release time
