INFOWISE A Service Request Management: It handles the entire operation process of a Service Request (SR) raised from users till the completion of the SR Service Request Registration 1.User first logon to UMIS with user name and password. Insert UMIS interface p.s. cruiser will move to user name and password to login. Fill up user name and password For Help ( will link to help on screen) To Start

INFOWISE A Work Order Management: It is a logically single task to be executed by nominated party e.g. Contractor/Internal Team Work Order Processing 1.Click into the left hand side functional box. 2.Click “SRM”, then click “Search Work Order” 3.Select your own preferred parameters e.g. time range Insert UMIS interface p.s. cruiser will guide the procedures Search Work Order for further action Dispatched Work Order/Task for further action sender Status

INFOWISE A Work Order Management: RFQ Process Endorsement/Approval Work Order Processing 1.Select your own preferred parameters e.g. time range/trade/WO status 2.User can either get a summary of all Work Order Result or an individual work order status p.s. cruiser will guide the procedures Sort by Trade e.g. AC Sort by status e.g. Waiting for RFQ/Approval Building Information
