13. Steps to regaining the ground (taking thoughts captive)
Salvation is a must
Confess each sin that God brings to your mind
Claim the blood of Christ for cleansing
Ask God (out loud) to regain the "ground."
Tear down strongholds with truth
Transform your mind with truth
Fully forgive offenders

14. Revelation 12:11 (ESV)
And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.

Have you through the Blood of Christ taken back ground?
