Why use & benefits: When used properly, the Framed tool serves as an engaging and visual way to develop the in and out of scope components of a project. Proper scoping early in the effort saves time and frustration later in the project lifecycle. How to use: The Project Manager can leverage this tool with the project team and/or the project sponsor to help develop and confirm areas of the project that are off limits.
