All meetings involving standards development an all IEEE Sponsor ballots shall be open toa all interested parties. Each individual participant in IEEE Standards activities shall disclose his or her affiliations when requested. A person who knows or reasonably should know, that a participant’s disclosure is materially incomplete or incorrect should report that fact to the Secretary of the IEEE-SA Standards Board and the appropriate Sponsors.

Two (2) types of meeting sessions –Plenary:….3 sessions per calendar year (March, July, November) Organized by IEEE 802 –Interim:.. Currently 3 sessions per calendar year (January, May, September) Organized by working group IEEE 802.11/15/18/19/22 and sponsored by a host Voting rights can be earned by participation in 2 of the last 4 consecutive plenary sessions or 1 plenary and 1 interim. –When you reach “Nearly Voter” status, you must submit a letter of intent requesting voting rights to the WG Chair and coping the WG Vice-Chair by email 14 days prior to the next plenary session to be granted voting rights at that next session. Voting rights are only granted in “Plenary Sessions” –Definition of participation….. Must be present in at least 75% of ALL meetings in a session 802.11 and 802.15 voters attending 802.18 and 802.19 will receive voting credit for maintaining voting rights in 802.11 or 802.15 (primary WG)

Participation is to attend 75% of ALL meetings within a 802.11 session to maintain credit for that session Fail to respond or responding “abstain” for reason other than “lack of technical expertise” to 2 out of the last 3 mandatory working group letter ballots Fail to pay either Interim or Plenary conference fees Every voter is responsible for keeping track of their voting status as recorded on the electronic attendance during Session meetings In the Event of Discrepancies…bring it the attention of the respective WG Officers How to loose working group membership voting rights……

Is the name being pinged something like pluto.yourcompany.com? That means you have some other host with the same name on your home network. –To solve, run: IPCONFIG /flushdns from a command prompt to flush your DNS cache.
