Proposed Itinerary Workshops continued: (3) Maintaining “good health” throughout key transitions – health updates and checks Des Chow & Lisa Birtles-Smith Room downstairs / first bar area Masonic Hall (4 )Managing Statements and Plans through transition phases: new ECH plans – the future. Proposed Itinerary 14.00: Back to main hall & coffee 14.10 Main Hall for final presentation: The Early Years Transition Project at The Brow Community Primary School – the Transition Group at work and play & opportunity for questions  14:40 Questions and final messages  Completion of evaluation form  Event end at 15.00
