6.  Participants give 1 minute personal introductions  CEO presents for 15-20 minutes  Question and Answer convenes and runs for 1 to 1 ½ hours  Facilitator moderates the discussion  Attendees fill up an evaluation form How does it work?

7.  Read about the CEO and his company  Be there on time, at least, 1 hour before the session begins  Ask questions; focus on leadership What is the role of the participants?

9.  Confirmed participants collectively receive email reminders about the event and any preparations needed for the event.  Confirmed participants prepare questions on leadership before the GLR session and email the same to the GLR Team Rules and Mechanics

10.  Confirmed participants who withdraw less than a week before the GLR date shall pay a fine of P1,000.00.  Participants who confirmed but did not show up shall pay a flake fee of P2,000. 00.  Participants who arrive after “call time” shall pay a late fee of P500.00.  Whoever fails to comply and pay the fees shall be prohibited to participate in the next GLR sessions until the account is settled.
