The process allows for… – Evaluations are completed by the supervisor and approved by the higher level supervisor using the OMNI module. – Evaluations are then printed and acknowledged by employee on paper. – Employee receives a copy of the signed evaluation for his/her records. – Supervisor will forward a copy of the signed evaluation to HR for the personnel file. **Departments identified for the Hybrid process will be notified by HR.**
