No. Description Form/Report 1 Student registers subject online. 2 Student attends class based on the timetable of the registered subject. 3 Lecturers may take students attendance using attendance sheet printed from system (CamSys) and update students’ attendance in the system (CamSys). Lecturer to prepare barring list and submit barring list to faculty admin. Student attendance sheet (CamSys) 4 Student able to view his/her attendance online. 5 If a student meet the attendance requirement, then:- Yes, go to no. 7 No, go to no. 6 6 Lecturer/s publish the potential barring list online (MMLS) should the student did not meet the attendance requirement. Student is allow to appeal to the faculty Dean. An appeal session will be arranged by the faculty before the dateline. Student appeal with faculty, if:- Yes (successful), go to no. 7 No (unsuccessful), go to no. 8 Appeal for Unbarring / Student Appeal Letter 7 Student is allowed to sit for the final examination. 8 Dean/Director and faculty manager finalized the barring list and submit it to Examination and Record Unit (ERU) officer before the dateline given by ERU for further action. Final Barring List 9 Lecturer/s conduct teaching and learning activities throughout the trimester as stated in lesson plan. Student performs the assessment given by lecturers. Teaching and learning activities: Lectures, tutorial, laboratory, quiz, midterm test, assignment, project, case study, lab test, debate, etc. Teaching Plan (ACAD/FORM/02) 10 Lecturer/s assess students’ submission/activities before final examination week. 11 Lecturer/s will key in the assessment marks and/or final examination mark into the system (CamSys).

No. Description Form/Report 12 Subject coordinator shall prepare and submit the Self Analysis Report (SAR) / Subject Review Report (SRR) / Academic Checklist Form after keyed in the overall assessment marks into system (CamSys). Note: Subject Review Report (SRR) for FET & Academic Checklist Form for FOE Self Analysis Report (SAR) (CamSys) (ACAD/FORM/03)/ Subject Review Report (SRR) (ACAD/FORM/04) /Academic Checklist Form (ACAD/FORM/05) 13 Students’ result will be presented in Board of Examiner (BOE) for recommendation. If:- Yes (recommended), go to no. 14 No (not recommended), go to 11 14 Senate shall approve the result, If:- Yes (approved), go to no. 15 No (not approved), go to no. 13 Senate meeting minutes 15 By the end of the trimester, lecturers shall measure the achievement of Subject Learning Outcomes (LO) and Programme Outcomes (PO) via system (CamSys).
