8. Mean: To find the mean of a set of numbers, find the sum of The numbers and then divide by the number in the set. Rachel had test scores of 84, 90, 89 and 93. Find the Average (mean) of her test scores. First, find the sum of the test scores and divide by the Total number of test scores. 84+90+89+93---test scores 4---total number of tests 356 --sum of test scores =89 4 --number of tests The average of her test scores is 89.
