2.  1. Safety comes first! All rules must be followed at all times.  2. A verbal warning or a written warning will be issued for the first rule violation. A student may be removed from the class and given a zero for a second violation.  3. Detentions may be given and parents contacted.

3.  “The Goggle Song”  (Sung to the tune of “I’m a little tea pot”)  I’m a little chemist, short and wise.  Here are my goggles, here are my eyes.  When I don’t wear goggles, my teacher shouts,  PUT THEM ON OR YOU GET OUT!

4. Know the locations of the following:  Eye Wash Station  Emergency Shower  Fire Extinguishers  Fire Blankets  Emergency Exits

5.  Tie back long hair  No opened toed shoes allowed in lab  Aprons are available  GOGGLES!

6.  If at any time you are not sure  ALWAYS…ALWAYS….ALWAYS….  ASK YOUR TEACHER!
