2 Some rules to remember:
Fact adjectives come after opinion ones examples: a nice blue dress nice - opinion blue - fact an unusual gold ring unusual - opinion gold - fact

3 2. Fact adjectives have the following order:
Opinion adjectives express quality: character: price: good, new, delicious, ugly, beautiful, nice, dirty and etc. polite, honest, cheeky, cocky, cynical, flighty and etc. cheap, expensive, 10$, precious and etc. 2. Fact adjectives have the following order: big, little, tall, high, low and etc. Size: Age: old, young, elderly, new-born and etc. square, round, cone-shaped, star-shaped and etc. Shape: red, black, yellow, purple, green, white, blue and etc. Colour: Material: steel, rubber, cotton, plastic, metal, silver and etc. Italian, Russian, china-made, Scottish and etc. Origin: Example: a nice long oval dark wooden table nice – opinion, long – size, oval – shape, dark – colour, wooden - material

4 Purpose adjectives come just before nouns
Purpose means “for what” (для чего) Examples: a new steel carving knife – новый стальной разделочный нож a big green sleeping bag – большой зелёный спальный мешок

5 Superlatives come before other adjectives
Examples: the first two years the biggest well-known star

Fact adjectives come after opinion ones Purpose adjectives come just before nouns Superlatives come before other adjectives Example: The first comfortable Russian passenger train – первый российский комфортный пассажирский поезд the first - superlative comfortable - opinion Russian - fact passenger - purpose
