Approach to the VSA PT  Rehearse your roles/steps prior to walking in on the vsa PT  Turn defib on after acknowledgment of pulslessness and mark event to show CPR has been started.Research wants to see cpr started no later than 10 seconds after defib was turned on.  Place pads no later than 90 seconds from start of CPR  Remember to complete ITD protocols with putting wrist bracelets on and leaving blue documentation forms with Hospital charts
