5.  4 active onshore seismic acquisition companies  1.5 million man-hours in 2012  7 LTI’s  25 recordable incidents  92 reportable incidents  TRCF = 15.9  LTI’s: 3 x falls/trips, 2 x manual handling, 2 x low speed impact  MTC’s: 6 x manual handling, 6 x falls/trips, 4 x heat stress, 4 x cuts

6.  Trend going wrong way  Cooper Basin has been a poor performing area  Number of FAC’s increased Aug 12 through to Feb 13  Most incidents are direct contractors (not sub-contractors)  Most incidents in crew < 2yrs experience – lot of new hires due to activity increase  Line crew / drivers have most incidents  Good focus on driving reducing incidents in this area  More people hurt in camp than in workshop or in transit  Environmental - minor oil spills, fire (started by machinery), Non-authorised clearing, earth disturbance
