2. Upon the completion of the Cicero Fire Department Misc. # 1 Power Point Training the operators will be able to identify the vehicle and components.

3. Cicero Misc. # 1 is 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 4 X 2 pick up truck with eight foot box This vehicle is utilized by members to run errands, the Duty EMT Program and as a reserve EMS vehicle when needed

4. VEHICLE AND SAFETY INFORMATION

5. The vehicle is currently out of factory warranty, in the event repairs are needed the vehicle will be taken to the appropriate repair facility. Each member has the responsibility to document any problem(s) they may experience after each use and notify the Chiefs and Commissioners Office.

6. The driver and officer are responsible to review the seating capacity of the vehicle which is five (5). Only those seats with factory installed seat belts should be occupied, in the event a seat belt is not working a Chief and Commissioner shall be notified No member shall ride on the exterior of the vehicle at anytime, there are NO exceptions!

7. ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE BELTED OR THE VEHICLE DOES NOT MOVE AS IT’S CICERO F.D. POLICY

8. Cicero Misc. # 1 is equipped with “Anti Lock Brakes” (ABS) DRIVERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND HOW ANTI LOCK BRAKES (ABS) WORK

9. The vehicle is equipped with a drivers side air bag.
