Self-assess technology skills and set goals Use resources such as ISTE standards and NETS-T Develop and Action Plan Think about the skills you already have, then research how you can learn more. Monitoring and Evaluation Your Professional Growth Reflect on your GAME plan and make sure you are progressing

5 Documenting Growth and Competency through Portfolios
Demonstrate – compliance with specific requirements so that others can asses your skills Present – market your skills to others Reflect- reflect on your current skills and future learning needs Assessment portfolios – represent an authentic for of assessing student learning. Employment portfolios – showcase achievement in relation to a desired position or profession

6 Steps in Portfolio Development
Define your purpose, audience, distribution medium, and development tool. Design your portfolio organization and layout Develop the portfolio Deliver it to its intended audience
