Attachments can be added to show photos, certifications, etc. Schedule trainings and track communication. SysAdmin can configure fields & field labels to meet department’s requirements.

4. Module Description  Integration - (Advanced Staffing): Both Personnel & Roster Modules integrate not only with each other but to PDSI Tele-Staff (3 rd Party) Scheduling Software. Benefit: No Double Entry Single Source to Manage all Firefighter activities related to personnel & scheduling.

9. Attachments (Tab) To View: To View: Click Attachments Tab, Select Item, Click “Open” button. Unlimited Attachments: Photos, Certificates, Exposure Reports, Promotions, Evaluations, Accidents, Etc. ANY File that has the associated viewer or program to open it locally installed on the PC. Clicking “Open” will launch the attachment.

15. Kelly Day You can enter a different cycle for both your Primary or Secondary Assignments

16. Overtime Enter in all the appropriate information for Overtime assignments. The system, can fully support working Overtime at places other than the employees default assignment

17. Trade Select the Person that will be off Duty, add the trade on their scheduling tab
