4.  Where are we now?  Extended Field Test – 2012-2013  54 districts involved, implementing all measures (Professional Growth Plans, Self-Reflection, Student Voice, Observation, and Student Growth)  What are the expectations for 2013-2014?  Statewide pilot  All districts will pilot all measures, but not all teachers  Between 5-9 teachers per district will be expected to participate in the pilot 4 Teacher and Principal Effectiveness System
