© The Scout Association Module 32 Page: 4 of 9 Cambridgeshire Module 32 Delivering a learning experience DLE/2 Select and brief appropriate people Performance Indicator Evidence must be provided that: a. the roles and numbers of staff needed are identified b. staff with the required attributes and skills are selected to meet the needs identified c. people who are asked to provide support have a clear understanding of their role. Underpinning knowledge and understanding Learners who demonstrate competence should be able to meet the following requirements: 1 List potential sources of support. 2 Explain the purpose of the learning experience and the role of each staff member in achieving this. 3 Ensure the advantages of recruiting a balanced team, to include age, experience, role, and personal style are understood. Evidence should include:
