Why did we start Rubik: The majority of professional services firms provide services using the same model that was used by McKinsey in 1926 – we want our firm to change the game (long term partnerships with our clients that are based upon the quality of our work) We feel that professional services firms are focused on creating revenue for themselves, rather than providing a service for the client – we want our success to be based upon how our work improves the capability and performance of our clients businesses Firms as they grow lose their uniqueness and have difficulty in maintaining the quality of their work as they increase in size – we dream of Rubik becoming the best and the preferred supplier to government, not the biggest or the most profitable.
