boa Boa’s are not poisonous but just as deadly. They use their flicking tongue and its scales to pick up the scent of prey. These snakes live in hot tropical places and can be found on the ground and in trees. The biggest one found was about 5.5 metres long. They are nocturnal

boa They mostly eat rats and birds and mice. Boas live in Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname and Brazil. They are afraid of eagles, jaguars and crocodiles. Boa constrictors are green, yellow, black, brown.

boa Boa’s can be 1 meter to 4 meters long The live in deserts, wet tropical forests, open savanna, and fields. Boas are carnivores (meat-eaters). Female gives birth to live babies. They can deliver up to 60 babies at a time.

boa Boas can have 60 babies in one go Young boa constrictors are born with instinct to hunt. They are left on their own from the moment of birth Boa constrictor can survive from 20 to 30 years in the wild
