8 Where are we today: The org. Asha-India people: –Mahesh is Asha-Secretary, zonal coords are Motilal Dash, Siva Athreya and Srikanth, spokesperson is Deepak Gupta –Vallabh bhai, Vivek Umrao, Mahesh form the projects group formed to deal with proposals they get

9 Where are we today: Funds $1.3 million raised last year (remained constant from 2001, but still …) Various new initiatives: –Marathon –Donor presentations – based on our work –Community events (ex: holi) –Cricket screenings/tournaments Asha sure is innovative!!
