The new role will include responsibilities such as mentoring, training and everyday leadership. The working community of the student union will form teams that are responsible for projects and process execution. Digitalization will be harnessed to benefit the student union. At the end of the strategy term, all the services provided can be obtained online. The trustees will have an electronic system to measure work load and all meetings can be attended online. Services are developed based on customer expectation and based on feedback and surveys. The student union offers projects, courses and thesis works as well as practical training assignments for students. Part of the services, such as sports services, are outsourced to third parties.
