Phone Numbers Prior to trip: Exchange phone numbers with your group. Students need to carry their phones with them at all times. If they do not have a phone, they are to buddy with someone who has a phone.

Medication The nurse will distribute medications. Inhalers are to be left with the students at all times. – Please make sure they leave with their inhalers in the morning. Make sure your students have seen the nurse for their meds.

Medication Needs to be in by May 20th Any extra medication will be given to nurse in morning. 2 Nurses:

Bus Same gender seating May eat on bus Remind students: - Not to eat all of the snacks on the way down - Keep the bus clean (Garbage Bag)

Hats No one is allowed off the bus without a hat. * We will only have a few extras. Students are allowed to color some of their hat.

Wednesday Night Arrive 10pm-11pm Room Keys Distributed Make sure all room keys work. Students are allowed to grab snacks and water from vending machines. Tape Doors

Mornings/Nights Mornings: Call student rooms 1 - 1 ½ hours before departure. Remind students: everyone needs to BATHE & EAT breakfast. Nights: Tape your rooms when we return. Same gender floors – NO exceptions Security guards on all floors

Money $100 – 150 Watch student spending Extra Money Bus Driver Last Meal
