8. 3) The KoBo RAF Tool 835k 688k KoBo Toolbox platform:  Developed by the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative in coordination with OCHA and IRC (based on ODK)  Set of tools for data collection (and analysis)  Offers both mobile data collection (Android device) and web-form interface for online data entry (using Enketo)  Aggregates collected data and enables the management, visualization, analysis and export of stored data  Deployment of the KoBo RAF Tool −Managed by OCHA −Induction of users, who will be trained and registered

9. 3) The KoBo RAF Tool 835k 688k Functionality of the KoBo form:  Uses an Android application called KoBo Collect −Also works on iOS, but with limited functionality  Works offline (uploads when connectivity is re-established)  KoBo offers complex skip logic, but not used for the RAF  Comprises validation logic (gentle balance)  Includes hints for specific questions to guide users Demonstration: 1)RAF form in KoBo Collect 2)Enketo web form (data entry for paper RAF forms) 3)KoBo Toolbox mapping application
