2) Revised questionnaire 835k 688k Revision process recap: Lessons learnt workshop following floods in 2014 Technical working group established (& activity plan) Inter-cluster revision of the questionnaire in early 2015 Facilitated through the ICCT with inputs from Clusters, Agencies, HRT-OCTs, ANDMA and ERM consortium Content of the questionnaire revised and endorsed Questionnaire form reconstructed (simplified & coded), and endorsed by ICCT Questionnaire translated into Dari and Pashto

3) The KoBo RAF Tool 835k 688k KoBo Toolbox platform: Developed by the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative in coordination with OCHA and IRC (based on ODK) Set of tools for data collection (and analysis) Offers both mobile data collection (Android device) and web-form interface for online data entry (using Enketo) Aggregates collected data and enables the management, visualization, analysis and export of stored data Deployment of the KoBo RAF Tool −Managed by OCHA −Induction of users, who will be trained and registered

3) The KoBo RAF Tool 835k 688k Functionality of the KoBo form: Uses an Android application called KoBo Collect −Also works on iOS, but with limited functionality Works offline (uploads when connectivity is re-established) KoBo offers complex skip logic, but not used for the RAF Comprises validation logic (gentle balance) Includes hints for specific questions to guide users Demonstration: 1)RAF form in KoBo Collect 2)Enketo web form (data entry for paper RAF forms) 3)KoBo Toolbox mapping application
