Project Goals  Can power consumption can be reduced during pulse measurement using the rear-facing camera and light of a mobile device without a significant reduction in accuracy?  Challenges:  No model yet available for power consumption during heartrate monitoring and enabling and disabling camera/LED is not instant  Not aware of how quickly heartrate can change

3. Challenge 1 Hardware  Time delays involved with LED/camera will limit how quickly it can turn on and off

4. Challenge 1 Hardware  Surprisingly, the off-to-on transition takes longer for both the camera and LED light
