4 Forecasts travel patterns on a daily basis for a specified region. Forecasts travel patterns on a peak hour basis for a more specialized region.

5 Determines the number of trips produced or attracted to each TAZ Origins and Destinations are paired using a gravity model. Trips proportioned onto all available modes of transportation. Allocates trips between O/D pairs to particular routes based on travel costs.

Considered an alternative mode of transportation expected to account for a large portions of traffic throughout the Project. Expected transit vehicles required along a given route in the network.
