 Question was not structured properly resulting in inaccurate responses.  Question will be re-designed to report the total amount of time spent studying in hours.  Will have to re-survey to develop this information.

 WDO (10.9%) and GHP (9.3%) had highest percentage of persons who indicated they did NOT utilize the Reference Materials.  Fumigation had a 100% affirmative response.

 Lawn (7.1%) and WDO (4.5%) had highest percentages of persons who did NOT think there was enough time.  Fumigation had 100% affirmative responses.

 Lawn category had highest percentage (5.9%) of persons who did NOT think the exam tested their knowledge of Insect Identification.  Fumigation category had highest percentage (36.4%) of persons who did NOT think the exam tested their knowledge of Insect Life Cycles.  Fumigation category had highest percentage (36.4%) of persons who did NOT think the exam tested their knowledge of Insect Habitat.

 Fumigation had the highest percentage (9.1%) of persons who did NOT think that the exam tested their knowledge of Insect Control Methods.  Lawn had the highest percentage (1.4%) of persons who did NOT think that the exam tested their knowledge of State Regulations.  Fumigation had the highest percentage (36.4%) of persons who did NOT think the exam tested their knowledge of Business Operations.

 Surprised by the responses (87.5%) that indicated that the exams tested their knowledge of business operations as they are not specifically structured to do so.  Possible that it was actually a regulatory question (that does control a business operation) that was confused with this question.

 For those who responded that they had attended a class or school to prepare for the exam:  We asked them to identify the school/instructor. No particular value (or surprises) to the survey. (Results are within the spreadsheets).

 57.2% of the examinees were taking the exam for the first time  Self Study (49.5%) and Self Study and Class/School (30.4%) were utilized the most.  (19.1%) utilized JUST a class/school.  64.3% of the examinees passed their exam.  Credits-  Would like to thank Terry Montgomery for administrating and collecting the surveys as well as for maintaining a consistent examination program for the Bureau.
