Building D&I plans There are 2 fictional case studies Room to divide into small groups, combining people who are confident with people who are less confident Brainstorm and discuss ideas to help shape a plan for your group (30 mins) Select a scribe and a spokesperson We will debrief together as one large group (20 mins)
