Before implementing an LMS, make sure you have the team in place to support both the front-lines and the back-end Sound change management and project management methodology will allow for a successful implementation Place the right people on the project team who will know the ins-and-outs of training as well as the technological ability to run an LMS BEST PRACTICES

Create a timeline that allows sufficient time and resources Branding your LMS will increase user-acceptance and helps to create excitement Get buy-in from all areas of the company by asking them what they would like to see on your LMS Help them see the value and how it can affect their area Implementing an LMS will allow you to save money while delivering a consistent message to all learners KEY LEARNINGS
