7. The number of students is increasing year by year. So staffs in Training Department work overload.

8. Create a website that provide functions:  Training staffs create grade book, score board and report automatically.  Teachers download blank grade book from websites. Then they import filled grade book on website.  Training staffs send result of courses to student through email automatically.

10. Current system;  RAM: 1GB  CPU: 1.4 GHz  Operating system: Windows 7 Professional.

15. Course plan file:  File name: [Semester Name]_[Subject]_CP  Add a sheet “Define”

16. Roll call book file:  File name: [Semester Name]_[Teacher Account]_[Block number]_RCB  Sheet name: [Class Name]_[Subject]

17.  1: Choose specific semester  2: Choose specific class or all classes  3: Choose specific subject or all subject  4: click button “Generate”

18.  After fill marks to grade book, teacher can upload it to system.

19.  File name rule: [Subject Name]_[Exam Name]- [Component Name]_[Exam’s date]_[Class].  Content: must have column “ID number” and “Grade/10”

20.  Choose semester  Choose subject  Choose exam  Choose class(es)  Click “View”  Search student by account(optional)  Check  Click “Update”

21.  Choose semester  Choose subject  Choose class(es)  Click “View Score Board”  Click “Export and Download”

22.  Check on student want to send mail.  Choose retake date when send mail for final exam.  Click “Send Mail”

23.  Choose semester  Choose block  Choose subject category  Click “View”  Click “Export”

24.  Login to system under student role.  Choose a semester.  Click to link to view detail in each subject.
