What Can Parents Do on the Parent Portal? Parents and guardians can access all instructional information: grades, schedules, assignments, homework, etc. Allows parents to communicate with teachers, and teachers to communicate with parents. Parents will be able to view the curriculum associated with each class for the entire school year. Parents can also take advantage of great digital materials like BrainPop and NBC Learn that can help students learn at home. Multiple parent accounts can be associated with one or more students’ across each school your children attend.

What each parent will receive
22
What do I need to do? Teachers will receive parent log-in letters during homeroom. You must distribute these letters and find a way to ensure that these get home with students to their parents. Perhaps offering an incentive for proof their parents signed up for BCPSOne. If parents need assistance with BCPSOne, please refer them to the website at the bottom of their welcome letter. If a student or parent needs access to BCPSOne, Mr. Carney, the guidance staff, or the amazing Front Office Dream Team can look up that information. A parent MUST BE LISTED ON AN EMERGENCY CARD to receive this information from you or another staff member. No name on the emergency card, no BCPSOne access.
