The New User page displays. If a returning user, the signon page is already displayed. Enter your email address. Enter current password or make up one for first time users. 3. When there are issues logging into UPK: Make sure the Pop-up Blocker feature of the Browser is turned off. Get completely out of the Browser session, shut down, and log back into it.
