4. Time limits General  Junior and Intermediate – 3-7 minutes  Senior – 5-7 minutes Horse  Junior and Intermediate – 3-7 minutes  Senior – 8-10 minutes

5. Time penalty = 5 points

7. Composition  Choice of Material – 10 points  Related to 4-H – 5 points  Comprehension and Accuracy – 10 points  Organization of Material – 15 points  Use of Language – 15 points

8. Presentation  Projection to Audience and Voice Control – 20 points  Eye Contact and Poise – 15 points  Appearance – 10 points

9. 4-H Clover not required!

10. During the contest  Work efficiently  Take short notes  Make constructive comments  No questions to participants are allowed!

11. Ribbons  100-90: Blue  89-80: Red  Below 80: White

12. Winners MUST have the highest score!
