Luminaria Stevie Friday 12:30p – 10:15p Sales continue at Registration Tent after 10:15p It’s your responsibility to get you Luminaria bags on the track Sand and candles are available at the Luminaria tent Ceremony begins at 10:30p Pick up your bags by 10:00am on Saturday or they will be recycled.

Silent Auction Darby Friday Aug 6 th 2pm – 9pm Baskets need to be delivered to the Silent Auction Tent between 9am and 1pm WITH a Silent Auction Form Bid numbers available at Tent when Auction begins at 2pm Must be 18 years old to bid Pay attention to exp. dates, deadlines and discounts. Bidding ends when table sections close –6pm (purple) –8pm (blue) –9pm (red)
