2 Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) established the Ontario Digitization Initiative (ODI) in 2008. Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) established the Ontario Digitization Initiative (ODI) in 2008. Objective – to mass digitize 50 million pages of government documents.
