Fall 2012 Data Cleanup – We will call targeted service areas about: Duplicate records for same child ◦ This is expected for children who move or have multiple assessments in the period ◦ This is a problem when same record is submitted more than once from the same ISD OR when same child is submitted from more than one SIS Children three or older need exit reason Children with IFSP more than a year old need an exit reason If you submitted an Enrollment Date after 10/3, please change it in EOY to BEFORE 10/3 02/26/2013EOTTA Data Webinar17

18. Data Cleanup for Missing Records Children counted in June but not in Fall ◦ Please submit for EOY with enrollment date before 10/3/12. ISD personnel are responsible for reporting Early On data in the MSDS. Please be sure these people work closely with Early On program personnel to ensure accurate reporting. Non-ISD staff that previously reported their data directly into MICIS must work with their local ISD to get the data reported in MSDS. Children receiving special education services will also need to be reported with the Special Education Component. The Special Education Component may be reported in the ISD record along with the Early On Component or in a separate record reported by an LEA. 02/26/2013EOTTA Data Webinar19
