Observations Types of metrics observed (May not match CCSDS definitions) Contact/Pass Identifier Quantity Quality (of Executed Services/passes) Request (Service and other) and Event Resource Timing/Duration Accounting metrics Include both User Mission Platform specific and network centric Metrics from organizations covered from when services are requested to performance / quality of service execution Do we want them all?

Service Accounting A combination of raw metrics and calculated metrics were provided Some overlap between all three sets of metrics Kept cost data separate from technical data reported to the Missions. Is the difference between ESTRACK technical outage and SGSS Maintenance service requests are whether or not they planned?
